Frequently asked questions

Is it really free forever?

Yes. The Free version doesn’t expire, has no ads and no nag-screens. When we launch Plus/Pro, Free stays free with no changes — only advanced features will be added to the paid plans.

Why an annual subscription and not a one-time payment?

Plus and Pro include services with ongoing costs: cloud backup, synchronization, external APIs. A subscription lets us cover those costs and keep improving the app sustainably.

When will Plus and Pro be available?

Honest answer: when we have enough users for it to make sense. The Free version is fully working today; the premium tiers are partly built but won't go on sale until we have a real user base asking for them. Sign up to be the first to know.

Are there education / radio-club discounts?

Yes — when the paid plans launch we will offer discounts for radio clubs (5+ licenses) and for licensed students. Email us via contact.

💸 What if I don’t like it? Can I get a refund?

Yes, no questions asked. You have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund of Plus or Pro — even if you have already activated the license. Email licenses@hamorbit.com, we process it in 72 h and Lemon Squeezy refunds the money in 3–10 business days. Full details on our refund policy.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, anytime. Cancel and keep access until the end of the paid period. No lock-in, no hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), PayPal and SEPA (European bank transfer). We process payments through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), which handles VAT automatically and emails you your license key instantly.
